Position Description

• Income Tax / GST / ROC Company Formation of Pvt, OPC, LLP, Public Ltd, Nidhi & producer company.
• ROC Annual Filings / Trademark/IPR Registration & Objections
• MSME & Startup Registration
• Support in Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, etc.
• EPF & ESI Registration & Regular/Monthly Technical Compliances
• Udhyam Registration, MSME Registration, Gem Registration, Nivesh Mitra Registration
• Shop & Commercial establishment registration, FSSAI registration
• Software Handling-Clear Tax, Compu office, SAG, CAdashboard, and other accounting software Tally, ERP, etc.
• Income Tax ( Income Tax Returns, Cases, Notices & Other Integral Compliances)
• Balance Sheets Finalization of Companies and other business units
• GST (Technical matters relating to GST returns, Cases & Registration & Notices)
• Accounts Management ( Reports including GST Reports from Accounting & ERP Software
• ROC Company Formation of various categories of companies like Pvt, OPC, LLP, Public Ltd, Nidhi & producer company.
• Project Reports & other new venture/startup registration & Compliances
• Trademark/IPR Registration & Objections
