Responsibilities

• Lead and build a team of talented engineers and leads for Adobe  -  AEM projects.
• Responsible for thought leadership and technology leadership.
• Owns the multiple Project end to end execution.
• Owns strategy and roadmap with PMO, Quality and Business leaders.
• Be a hands-on technologist with strong WCM business acumen, with the ability to design solutions in tune with customer needs.
• Responsible for innovating and delivering the projects owning the technical designs, implementations, Quality plans/ test cases.
• Must Demonstrate a sense of ownership to plan, execute and drive the product deliverables to successful completion and be successful in a collaborative environment.
• Leads and motivates the teams ina fast-paced dynamic and global environment
• Build/Hire, Lead and Mentor a team of Dev Engineers and Quality Engineers
• Lead the team to follow engineering best practices in an Agile (SCRUM) process
• Critically think about how customers will interact with the software being developed and tested and turn those thoughts into enhancement discoveries, action items.
• Excellent decision making, communication and collaboration skills
• Able to fit in well within an informal rapid innovation environment and to provide hands-on management.
