Your role

Role in Case:

• Understand the Bain case delivery process and learn the Bain toolkit
• Getting familiar with hypothesis generation and basic analysis of cases
• Primary and secondary research to obtain industry-specific data across geographies. Structuring the flow of this data and drawing meaningful insights with reasonable business logic.

Role in Team:

• Learn collaborative case delivery and actively participate in team discussions.
• Present insights from research and effectively communicate them with the team.
• Manage the delivery of own work stream with constant guidance from my mentor.

About you

Qualification:

• Candidate should be a Post-Graduate from IIT Delhi DMS (2024 PG Batch) with strong academic records.
• Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
