Your role

• Comprehend client needs and challenges for adapting to case expectations. Show the ability to resolve discrete issues and/or drive consensus
• Identify and apply the relevant analytical tools for the work stream and ensure zero-defect analysis.
• Understand the client business/industry to generate and screen realistic solutions based on a blend of research and analysis. Communicate data, knowledge, and insight to the entire team.
• Effectively structure communication of insights from own work stream and ensure a logical flow of relevant information in presentations. Deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/manager
• Consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions

Training, development, and rotations

You’ll work with office colleagues on multiple cases, allowing you to develop close relationships with peers and case leaders you can turn to throughout your career. You’ll also have a home office program manager and a personal advocate who works to make sure your experience at Bain aligns with your personal and professional goals. Your opportunities extend far beyond your home office, though. You’ll team with offices across markets on cases that expose you to diverse skillsets and thinking, an important aspect of your career growth and development. And every 18-24 months, you’ll attend a global training session where you’ll learn from their worldwide managers and partners, and share perspectives with colleagues from 64 offices worldwide. With a strong support system, global experience, and opportunities to work with diverse teams, you’ll develop broad expertise that helps you prepare for what’s next, wherever that takes you.

Compensation & benefits

The salary for this role is INR 3.4 to INR 6.0 Lakhs per annum. Employees are also entitled to the following benefits:
