Your role

What you will do

• IT Operations Trainee will be part of the Secure Infrastructure Platform (SIP) tribe based in the GSD location.
• The individual will be learning BCG IT service management processes for Incident / Request, Change, Knowledge, Problem, and System configuration management.
• Trainee will further support in identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.
• He will follow all relevant IT policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Trainee will also support ServiceNow data analysis and reporting of IT operation's key performance indicators.
• Trainee will be part of an agile squad and help in driving the service reliability engineering (SRE) transformation journey of the squad.

About you

You are good at:

• Advanced knowledge of MSOffice tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of disruptive technology trends, IT frameworks ( ITIL, TOGAF), and industry standards
• Good data analytical skills, creating dashboards and proving insights
• Good Interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
• Good knowledge of any data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc
• Good scripting knowledge in any of the programming languages like C++, Java, Python, etc,
