Your role

You will be required to support the product team:

  • Help in creating and updating knowledge on the legacy platform.
  • Understand and evaluate the feasibility of the features demanded by knowledge products.
  • Support the end users /consumers with their issues and queries.
  • Provide technical assistance in designing /structuring the knowledge products.

The annual salary for this role will range from INR 3.0 to 4.2 LPA (Source: Ambition Box).

About you

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creating products using technical interfaces and tools.
  • Strongly communicating within and outside the team.
  • Suggesting designs and UI options to make the product look better.
  • Understanding the customers and their needs.
  • Root cause analysis to understand various issues encountered by the end–users.
  • Problem-solving by using workarounds wherever possible.
