What youโll do
As a training specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Global learning manager in running day-to-day training operations, branding the workshops, and managing data reports. This position will be primarily responsible for activities such as endโtoโend activities related to LMS, research tools and research sources, managing training logistics, preparing review decks, training dashboards, splashes, and teasers, and coordinating with business to plan and organize workshops.
Training Operations & Logistics
- Manage end to end training data reports, use LMS for capturing all the training records, and analyze the data for improvements (Prior knowledge of SABA and Edcast would be preferred)
- Manage end to end usage and user feedback for research tools and sources
- Support builds out and maintenance of global team SharePoint site
- Create and Publish Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual learning calendars for the team
- Organize workshop nominations and take charge of related communication
- Provide support for our various other learning programs & learning managers with day-to-day training operations
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
- Support builds out and maintenance of global team SharePoint site
- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts for designing
Training Communication & Branding
- Create branding mailers for learning offerings
- Create Newsletter (Quarterly, Monthly)
- Manage communication with Internal stakeholders, office operations team, and in-house trainers
- Create presentations for upcoming initiatives and record the execution for the Internal learning meetings
Manage Curriculum
- Maintain updated curriculum database
- Together with the Global learning manager, as well as subject matter experts, understand target audiences, and learning needs, and develop learning and change objectives
- Support curation of internal and external learning materials
- Design and develop impactful content for various learning formats and performance support, for use in instructor-led residential or virtual programs, as well as for on-demand/blended programs, including written content and multimedia, across channels and technology
Advancement of the global Learning function
- Help advance our global learning function through driving innovation
- Explore new learning design, tools, and technology, drive piloting and assessment
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners, develop and evolve formats and templates, integrate learning principles

You bring (experience & qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally related to adult learning
- 0-1 year experience in learning and development, preferred in professional services and/or information industries
- Strong creative analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly pick up new frameworks and concepts
- Strong fluency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and proficiency in Tableau preferred
