What you'll do
As a Recruiting Coordinator (Intern), you will play a pivotal role in helping the team with day-to-day activities, managing the interviewing scheduling, as well as providing administrative support for the function.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting operations specifically in interview scheduling & hiring manager/candidate coordination
- Support recruiters with requisition management on the internal application tracking system
- Support recruiters in pre-screening candidates as per job criteria
- Organize & execute hiring drives with guidance from senior recruiting team members
- Provide support on various recruiting activities
- Coordinate schedules and meetings of the APAC team and execute small projects

- Superior planning and organization skills, across time zones, with strong attention to detail
- Strong service orientation; at the same time demonstrating strong ownership and self-efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving skills and solid business judgment
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in virtual work environments and in working across different time zones
- Highest level of integrity expected, treating all HR-related information as confidential
You bring (experience and qualifications)
- 0-1 year of Experience in scheduling interviews and candidate management
- Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement required
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills; English
