What you'll do

As a Recruiting Coordinator (Intern), you will play a pivotal role in helping the team with day-to-day activities, managing the interviewing scheduling, as well as providing administrative support for the function.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting operations specifically in interview scheduling & hiring manager/candidate coordination
  • Support recruiters with requisition management on the internal application tracking system
  • Support recruiters in pre-screening candidates as per job criteria
  • Organize & execute hiring drives with guidance from senior recruiting team members
  • Provide support on various recruiting activities
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings of the APAC team and execute small projects

You're good at

  • Superior planning and organization skills, across time zones, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong service orientation; at the same time demonstrating strong ownership and self-efficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and solid business judgment
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience in virtual work environments and in working across different time zones
  • Highest level of integrity expected, treating all HR-related information as confidential

You bring (experience and qualifications)

  • 0-1 year of Experience in scheduling interviews and candidate management
  • Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement required
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills; English
