Your role

As part of the role your responsibilities include:

• Assist in managing deployed solution of the client including administration, fine-tuning & enhancement as per client control requirement
• Support in maintaining and measuring existing solutions to ensure ongoing operational and security effectiveness with appropriate metrics.
• Assist in monitoring and analysis of events & Incidents
• Support to investigate, log, update & resolve Security Incidents as per the defined process
• Support to monitor, and manage cloud performance & hygiene metrics (KCI, KPI, KRI)

About You

Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Knowledge of Information Security Solutions such as DLP, CASB/CSPM, SIEM and EDR Solutions
• Understanding of enterprise IT Systems, applications and databases, cloud infrastructure and security principles, solutions, and technologies
• Knowledge of Security Incident Management
• Excellent written & verbal communication & presentation skills
• Certified in related technology
