Your Role

  • The Payments Processing Analyst undertakes the complete and accurate capturing of payment transactions including physical cash/valuables transactions.
  • Ensuring that all payment-related information and relevant parties are processed according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and industry guidelines.
  • In addition, they should ensure that procedures are properly executed to reduce processing risk and identify potential areas for process improvement whether internally within the bank or for the client.
  • Ensure that all regulatory reports are prepared, verified, and submitted within the required timelines.
  • Ensure all EOD of the day reports are sent accurately as per SLA and as per the control process established.
  • This is an important position from the BAU perspective for meeting the SLA and Regulatory timelines.

About You

  • Communicate and coordinate with all internal functions/stakeholders such as Clients, Client facing teams, Sales and Relationship Managers, etc.
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process and journey by leveraging feedback.
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets would be beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Project Management experience is a plus).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and understanding of new developments in the financial services market.
