Summary

We are looking for consultant to work on leading customer facing project implementations in Travel and Transportation Industry at SAP Solution Delivery Center for Shipper, Freight forwarder, Rail carrier and Ocean liner customers

About role

• You will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, fit/gap analysis with respect to SAP TM latest version, configuration, functional specification writing, unit and integration testing, and cutover focusing on SAP TM implementation
• You will be required to interact with customers and should be able to handle complex projects across various scenarios such as shipper scenario, LSP scenario, ocean and rail carrier scenario
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP solutions and non-SAP systems
• You will be required to lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services
• You would get the opportunity to work on global projects in SAP Transportation Management and experience to work on the latest technologies
• You would be responsible to support solutions and presales activities related to SAP Transportation Management

Role Requirements

• You should have excellent knowledge of SAP TM processes – order management, optimizer, and manual planning, execution, and integration with SAP EM and EWM, charge calculation and settlement
• Domain expertise: You should have a good understanding of the cargo transportation industries domain. You should have a keen understanding of the industry trends and the solution trends supporting the industry changes. You should be able to relate to SAP’s solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry.
• Solution expertise: Should have at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience and should have worked as logistics consultant in a minimum of two projects preferably in SAP TM
• Soft skills: You should have good communication and presentation skills
• You should have a bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred, although not mandatory
• SAP Certification in SAP TM strongly recommended
