Job Description

To work in the following processes for different regions: Pre-matching; Fails Management; Settlement breaks resolution; Position Management; Exception Management; Inter-company Settlements; Buy-ins Settlement; Interest Claims.

Band:

Junior Analysts (AA)

Role Description:

• Understanding the application and performing the required tasks
  Responsible for executing tasks at a sub-process level and meeting targets for that sub process

Skills Required:

• Graduate Degree - preferably in Commerce or Accounts
• Basic knowledge of the securities / Capital Markets/ Securities Trade Life Cycle
• Basic understanding of types of financial products eg. Equity shares, Preference Shares, Bonds, Debentures
• Basic understanding of primary market Vs. secondary market
• Fair understanding of accounting concepts. Eg. 3 golden principles, Final accounting, Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS), Contra entry, posting ledger entries etc.
• Good communication
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Team Player
• Attention to detail
• Should adhere to the company policies
• Immediate joining required
• Good Interpersonal & People skills with a good problem-solving approach.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
